Our client, a global leader in the paint industry, is seeking to hire a Project Supervisor to oversee and coordinate project activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing workflows, collaborating with all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within compliance standards, and to the highest quality. This role also involves supporting existing distributors and a licensed partner, operating from the Kenya office, to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist superiors on providing all technical services to client and customers with satisfaction.
Prepare policies and process improvements within Technical & Service functions as advised by superiors.
Handling complaints: Troubleshooting technical issues that arise from customers/sales personnel, Investigating the source of the complaint through site visits.
Collaborate with sales staff, verify substrate readiness, and train/oversee painters as they work on large-scale potential sites, and conducting random QC visits.
Keeping the technical staff in licensing agreement markets trained and up to date.
Make sure that dealers and applicators in the Kenya markets receive training on new products every three months and that there are regular product presentations to applicators.
Project Documentation: It is important to record all site visits in the CRM system
Qualifications:
A relevant bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
Proven experience in Sales and Business Development within the Paint or Construction industries
Proven experience in project supervision or coordination, preferably within the paint, coatings, or construction industry
Strong understanding of project management principles, including timelines, budgeting, and compliance
Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, distributors, and partners
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental standards in project execution
Willingness to travel within Kenya and across the region, as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with distributors or licensed partners is an added advantage.

Salary: Monthly Gross Salary: USD 1,000 – 1,500 depending on experience and qualifications.
