Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the shop.
Drive sales and consistently meet monthly targets.
Participate in promotional events and activations.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a shop environment.
A sales-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work both in-store and during field activities like activations.
