Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage monthly payroll ensuring accuracy in salaries, taxes, and benefits while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Prepare and file statutory returns such as PAYE, VAT, and pension contributions in compliance with regulatory deadlines.
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, and transaction coding.
Assist with financial reporting and support monthly and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate management reports.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fintech or B2B environment in an accounting or finance-related role. Proficiency in QuickBooks and a solid understanding of bookkeeping and payroll processing.
Strong knowledge of statutory filings and regulatory compliance requirements in payroll and taxation.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) level III qualification is required
