Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The functions and jurisdiction of the Court is provided for under Article 162(2)(b) of the Constitution as read with Part III of the Environment and Land Court Act, Cap 80
Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications:
Hold a law degree from a recognized university, or be an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, or possess an equivalent qualification in a Common-law jurisdiction;
