KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supply Chain Performance Reporting: Oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive supply chain performance management frameworks. Ensure reports on Key Supply Chain Performance Metrices e.g. Savings to Plan, Turnaround Time (TAT), Contract Renewals/Expiry etc. are presented monthly to assist with the planning cycle across the department.
Global Industry Best Practices: Continuously align the Group’s Supply Chain strategies with the global industry best practices by integrating cutting edge technologies, sustainability frameworks and risk methodologies to enhance efficiency and resilience.
Risk and Governance: Ensure compliance with the Bank’s Supply Chain Management Policies and to enforce process compliance at all stages of sourcing, accurate documentation, due diligence enforcement, training and promotion of ethical sourcing practices. Ensure regulatory frameworks and statutory requirements are abided to.
Supply Chain Sustainability: Lead in integrating the Bank’s sustainability standards within the business practices across the Group. Support the suppliers to integrate sustainability into their operations, oversee supplier diversity programs and conduct supplier assessment for risk exposure through supplier self-assessment/audits and provide periodic sustainability reports as and when required.
Vendor Management and Development: Lead the vendor onboarding and prequalification process. Develop strong partnerships with key suppliers and implement improvement plans to enhance performance and compliance.
Stakeholder Management: Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring that supply chain management activities are aligned with service level agreements, organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations to drive accountability, performance excellence and mutual value creation.
Supply Chain Process Improvement. Drive Supply Chain automation initiatives to ensure effective and efficient supplier service delivery.
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree: Business Related/Social Sciences / Supply Chain Management
Professional Qualifications: KISM Valid Practising License & Member KISM
CIPS Graduate Diploma or Master’s degree will be an added advantage
5 years minimum experience required
Procurement Strategy Management (Development & Implementation) – 5 years
Experience in using leading practice Procurement Tools – 5 years
Experience in developing and managing Supplier Relationships – 5 years
Excellent Knowledge of ERP and Microsoft Office is necessary – 3 years
