Job Summary/Objective:
The position holder is responsible for leading the execution of consumer-facing brand activities and experiential campaigns.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead the planning and execution of consumer and brand marketing activities, including product sampling, and on-ground activations.
Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of experiential campaigns.
Develop and maintain event execution plans, logistics schedules, and materials checklists to ensure smooth operations during activations.
Track and report campaign performance, and engagement metrics.
Work closely with the brand manager to align experiential efforts with overall marketing strategy, and brand messaging
Assist in recruiting and training field teams, including promotional staff or temporary brand ambassadors for specific campaigns.
Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering insights and lessons to improve future activations and maximize return on investment. Ensure brand consistency in messaging, visual execution, and customer experience across all experiential touchpoints
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
Additional training or certification in Event Management, Brand Activation, or Consumer Marketing is an added advantage.
At least 2 years experience is in brand experiential execution
Professional Qualifications
CIM or MSK Certificate is an added Advantage
