About the Role
We are looking to urgently recruit a lead consultant with the following qualifications. Candidates who fall short of the requirement need not apply
Advanced leadership capabilities, strategic acumen, and the ability to foster team success, with an emphasis on technical direction and excellent background on social protection and project management including management of communication with the clients and reporting
Requirements for the Role:
Educational Requirement: A master’s degree or Higher in business administration, management, leadership, or a related field is required.
The candidate should be equiped with a deep understanding of advanced management theories, strategic planning, and leadership effectiveness in complex organizational settings.
Professional experience:
A solid understanding of survey methodology, including sampling techniques, questionnaire design, data collection protocols, and quality control measures is essential.
Previous experience in conducting surveys or managing survey projects is highly valuable.
Demonstrate Leadership and Management Skills:
Exceptional leadership qualities are essential for motivating, guiding, and directing team members toward achieving set goals, alongside strong management skills to allocate resources efficiently and oversee project execution.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
The capacity to formulate, communicate, and implement strategic plans effectively, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and the optimal use of resources to achieve project milestones.
Team Coordination and Development:
Proven ability in managing team dynamics, enhancing collaboration, and facilitating professional growth and development of team members to maximize team potential.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Abilities:
Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely, strategic decisions that navigate challenges and enhance team
performance.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Mastery in communication is critical for articulating vision, goals, and feedback clearly, while strong interpersonal skills are required to manage and meet diverse team and stakeholder expectations effectively.
