What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage the company’s presence on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok

Develop engaging content across formats (text, visuals, video) that reflects the brand voice

Craft and distribute company newsletters to key audiences

Stay current with trends in digital marketing, construction, and real estate

Collaborate with internal teams and creative partners to execute campaigns

Analyze performance data and optimize content strategy accordingly

What We’re Looking For:

A background in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media

Hands-on experience managing professional social media accounts

Excellent content creation and storytelling abilities

Familiarity with tools for social media analytics, scheduling, and content design

A proactive, adaptable mindset with attention to detail
